The original solid brickwork has been covered with a Sto render system to improve the visual and thermal performance.
Original windows to the building have been replaced with high quality powder coated aluminium.
A new wheelchair accessible lift has been provided within a new shaft. The lift is an Otis 10 person lift. The lift shaft has been covered with black Eternit tiles.
